DataXu 2015 Inaugural Customer Summit


 

Tasked with proving marketing return on investment amid a rapidly changing media landscape and exponential rise in cross-device usage, marketers today face the industry’s toughest challenges yet. Data-driven marketing is hard, and the industry needs to move towards where consumers already are: on mobile, watching programmatic TV, watching addressable TV, watching connected TV. DataXu’s inaugural 2015 Summit was founded upon the premise that no one can innovate in a silo. Not brands, not agencies, not massive media giants, and certainly not DataXu. For us as a company, hosting a Summit was first and foremost about getting brands, agencies and global thought leaders together for two days to speak with one another and learn from each other. Collaboration spurs excellence, innovation and trust – three of DataXu’s company values. (If you haven’t guessed by now, customer obsession is also a company value.)

DataXu held its inaugural DataXu Customer Summit on the Science of Advertising on November 4-5, 2015 at the W Hotel Union Square. Brands and agencies alike joined DataXu partners and staff to discuss how to successfully navigate the programmatic marketing landscape of today, tomorrow and beyond. Content focused on: exploring today’s marketing challenges and opportunities, innovations coming up on the horizon for marketers, and how brands, agencies and tech partners can work together on a prosperous path to the future of marketing. Connected TV, Addressable TV, Programmatic TV and Digital Video all received significant airtime throughout the day.
