London, UK – April 13, 2017 – Today, leading provider of programmatic marketing software DataXu announced the appointment of Mike Shaw as Vice President of Sales, Europe. In this role, Shaw will lead DataXu’s sales teams across Europe, including the UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain with the objective of deepening relationships with clients and further growing revenues across the region. Shaw will be part of the European leadership team and report to Chris Le May, DataXu’s Senior Vice President and Managing Director for Europe and emerging markets.
As DataXu expands its leading programmatic technology portfolio across all facets of the marketing funnel, with a focus on the omnichannel customer journey including programmatic for television, Shaw’s experience and background help position the sales team for success in 2017 and beyond. As Vice President of Sales for Europe at DataXu, Shaw is charged with developing regional sales strategies to meet the current and emerging needs of DataXu’s distinct European markets. Shaw joins DataXu from comScore, where he most recently served as Vice President of Sales for the UK and Ireland, after having held leadership positions in marketing analytics, sales, and account management. Prior to his more than 10 years at comScore, Shaw spent 6 years at Forrester Research, where he served as Senior Account Manager for Forrester’s retail and media verticals in the UK.
