Deepened relationships and platform expertise: dataxu’s Customer Development Workshop


Just a few weeks ago, we hosted some of our top customers in dataxu’s Boston HQ for another great Customer Development Workshop! These workshops have been an awesome way to get our customers together to network as well as share insights with one another to further enable their success.

This marks the third workshop of its kind which consists of two days of content aimed at deepening their skills in both dataxu’s platform and the industry. The Customer Development Workshops are just one of the many benefits customers receive when qualifying for our larger Partner Acceleration Program, focused on providing our customers with the resources they need to grow their business.

Customers from all over the country traveled to attend the two-day event. The content sessions centered around product deep dives, roadmap discussions, industry trends, and programmatic career development. 

Day 1: A look into industry trends & best pratices

Day one’s sessions were more industry-focused. Chris LaHaise, Director of TV Solutions & Product Marketing, kicked off the workshop with a presentation on the growth of Connected TV and shared data from dataxu’s new State of CTV report. Another great session was held by Bill Simmons, Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer, who discussed the changing identity landscape and addressed our customer’s concerns on new privacy regulations and cookie blocking. At the end of the day, our customers broke out into roundtables to discuss a variety of topics and share best practices amongst one another. 

Day 2: Deepened platform expertise

The second day was tailored to dataxu’s products and solutions. The product managers for TouchPoint™ and OneView™ conducted a deep-dive into the products and provided our customers with some tips & tricks. The day was filled with great conversation and opportunities to provide product feedback that will be used to continuously improve the user experience. 

But it wasn’t all business! Throughout the two days, we sprinkled in networking dinners and happy hours in order to acquaint customers with one another and introduce them to dataxu teams that they frequently interact with, but may have never met in person. 

Overall, these workshops have been a huge success and an event that our customers look forward to throughout the year! The feedback we receive from the attendees only reinforces our investment in this program and our customers professional growth.
